adventure ra

I dont know how i can run 5km distance for Adventure Racing IG. Its like we keep going on and on. It now make sense to me about running for very long time. Its that ,you have to keep moving on , to keep running , even how badly your body says u to stop (this is the worst kind of feeling when running). But doesnt mean u stretch the limits of your body; the ig seniors say we must tell "anything" that bothers u . So comforting right to hear that.

We staright after warm ups, we ran outside campus grounds ...................Now thats is some kind of adventure ...... Just like the freedom of it. They Ever tour arnd Khatib...somemore don noe where lah...i know i've joined the right ig. when they first talked abt it. (sat in circle at admiralty park beside campus, arnd dusk )

Had no cramps, stitches in the 5km, but dizzy when stopping....i dont know if the rest also feel like that lah ??!?!!? i /partner was always put at the front, (rotating, lngest tm ) Too bad little communications.. Next time can improve lah. But really impt thing is that "journey matters with destination" Shudnt always think when to end. It will end when we reach destination. Like that what becomes of the journey. Skipped? Enjoy the scenery?, at the same time Pacing ourself.

Think of ways to make Journey worthwhile. 'adventure racing' is an art diff fr competitive running, or trekking (at least these are the various types running available ) theres more elements also.
