The 2nd time stuck at home for new year.

I had plans for 31st Dec, but it wasnt really definable. Siloso beach are you sure, a sure posibility of scantily clad people. No buddies, not even the closest one could go out. Half hearted of going to work, in the end did not. Irrespectable shit.

Anyways i got dismissed. Schedule set i don't feel like following. The bastard didn't even cared abt the whole thing and then decided to put me into the guillotine. You know i wanted to defend myself, but it was too foolish. So I just stormed out, another act.

But i have resolutions fr this new stupid year:

-get back into Adventure Racing,

-make appointments for Eunos VE,

-make sure my article appear in the magazine.

-recruit people to go clubbing.

Fr things that i need to get

-new shoulder bag,

-deoderant set,

-albino monk hood jacket,

-brownish sneakers,

- camera

it should be alright that i collect this things by the end of the year, but these is only the essentials, unless i get to churn out more chips for the next year, then i can get to enjoy chips more.

ok now im not doing it alone. hilman was the accomplice, you know had to settle at one of those blocks a woodlands and get down with the drink already, it is so tiring to walk around woodlands, distances are astronomical. So because of my insistence, influence somebody is downing his first foray of alcohol, beer ,vodka. First step solved , at least i dont have to drink alone, and splitting the cost too.Taking it to another level, ill have to follow some club-goer to accompany me.

anyway my gpa was a terrible wreck of unfortunate tragedy. accumulated by o.5 deductions ,can you imagine having 6average per 4 module , thats like minus 12. crazy . now i really got to discipline myself to being there before the fasci does or 914 a safe bet. at least better than people who come for 1 week once. i cant balk or despair cos its my lzy indulgent fault. just get b or a for daily grades, and b+ for uts...somehow retake those fucked up e+ fasci faulted modules. and maybe i cud end up with a 3 at the end of 11/2 years more. my chance at local uni i can fucked out, fuck my life, even those paikia losers can get 2.6/8....im a pathetic unsuspecting lamer.

maybe social events, gatherings, money and intoxication will make me feel like im not losing. which also mean i have to keep a part-timer like some people can. end of the day i dont want to be some ass-fucked loser who dont have an outlet to cast out my heart-ache, already what i imagined and ambitioned for writing and sport ig, cant even publish a single shit of my work...maybe my friend is right im such control-freak, i should just take things in stride, experience for nothing, maybe not what i imagined ,or always wanted, but i can get by...at least make something happen.

ugh i got into absolut vodka, was so bad i dont want to have it any sooner, probably chang or the normal mix is okay. the thing is i got sucked into these habit day by day. I am lonely and experimental, mainly i get rush when i cud buy those blackcurrant vodka or heineken beer. gosh ill still wanted to have it ,with a friends/ppl that wud agree to go pubs, clarkequay , boatquat whatever as long as i gt to be looney with people, wen i do that in the stairs, theres that longing emptiness for the warm fulfilling buzz of commotion,noize,lights, banter,atmosphere people....however the strongest 100 proof, proved too much fr me, i kindda implored for gods guidance. im pursuing this like nobodys business, only agreeing to the want of alcohol, its entice, temptation, drunken charm, without spacing it for days, on the right ,spot on appropriate days -like a friday ,but this ,i have to had on an odd day ,thurs ,monday even, thats like premature ejaculation and adding spit to the blues..the lingering upset of stomach, spewing.
Solution: call some accomplice, plan a friday night out, go to a designated tourist location , buy a bottle on a staircse of some exotic town hideouts. u nd to have a setting and occasion, IMPT PEOPLE. at least a soul can comfort u if u vomit, overlimits,or be entertained.

i went to the write camp,

it was so loosely based, on what i don't know. a place where everybody gather and make the time fun as possible. now it seems that camps doesnt have to be so organised from one point to another we need to do this.
our playground was restrained to the e3 multi purpose room. the likes of a place where they could held a runway show if u want to say it, with spotlights straddling from one end to the other end.

the whole time we were stucked there until night even. except for a few times where some ppl (me, hanis khamis /jazil, fair daniel ) had to go out and smoke. i tot like theres going to be night walk or something , but daniel says we are chained , fucking watchdogs of security personell. we should have done it at chalet but like that i got to pay up. all for a paid up expense trip.
so thats the good thing to have it in school., all expenses can be claimed if needed, but boundaries are still there, and having mr Patrick watching us.

to make it short , we did sit in a circle talk and games. all day . then ramm some big air filled ball to an enclosure of ppl. a harder ball cud be useful. ishardi was satanic wen throwing, i was like a loose cannon. YEah. in the end Prabhu the last man standing was killed by benazir bhutto who took her revenge from the dead.

then there was the last supper, a row of long table was set up and light shone from heaven shone down like a scene from leonardo da vincis last supper of jesus and his gangs. who became jesus and who became judah was decided, hanis j sat in the middle so he shud be jesus but the arrangements were shifted to khalis api , speaking like some guru gobind singh or sai baba.

then ishardis recording came up. sniffles sniffle everybody cos somebody is being manipulated. khalis played the investigator. y ishardi dont u know how to play along, like i know how to play along too. as much as it was bad to listen to it, but it was enlightening to hear how ppl handle stress awkwardly.

then after that we ordered a few things , my chocolate chip , benazirs ben and jerries not on the table, they bought such mundane things= fruit loops, snow flakes.and foam packages which the mutton pieces taste more like dog food then human.

Yeah its the holidays , , But i hardly know what to do with it.
I'm so tired of going to Adventure IG ,its like everybody bustling abt their equipments , races, and running or exercise techniques , all because they are from School of Sports and Leisure.
i got like a bug everytime seein the mail coming fr them. It sucks , but i'll join some other sports like floorball or judo in year 2 ?! hw about that .

abt @Loud ,its like fruitless .
everybody have gave out their pies , i mean their articles submitted. but why don they process these articles into magazines, why do they gave so much problems with the printing and coordinating stuff ? They dont share what really got stuck in the printing press. i think complains from the other friends is finally sinking in .

But at least they are a bunch of fun ppl outside of weekly meetings -- and theres a camp coming out on 26-27 th ,

says its a creampie surprise !!.

They can also organizze some nite walk outings at some infamous places ,that they always told us they have gone to .

Astronomy , i didnt go for some time
.as is routine for every friday for me ,to rush to the lib and then chat with fakhita den going off to the lect ure theatres for Astronomy, but the few fridays prior to holiday was just empty. I totally went straight home. i was never this uncommited for astronomy, counting the ratings out of the three active igs,it is the most consistent but it will fall back to second place behind aloud but still in front adventure racing wic im deciding to quit

The worst week so far

So its the new semester. And all are so diffferent once again. Its like i nvr rmb anythg from the past semester. always have this strange ability.bt its gd to forget nasty things- selective memory..(rambled)
New faces again , theres mixed-race, and ppl who i dont think was malay but is somehow...similar things keep happen in this poly,hmmm. And like im nt included, they dont think i was malay..smthg else ..what ?! maybe they know i like to be known -mixed, and so i looked like that to..hahax. A Multinational poly..where things are not what it really is.

My GPA sucks ?!

So after overall , the gpa was that poor. Anyway its not that i cudnt get higher, but situations always land me in a bad shape...
Like they take into account daily grades, how u perform everyday//// and understanding test, weekly after few modules.. And guess what, my uts are screwed up..mostly it was missing ...so it wasnt really fair for me...just so lucky.

the second round of uts, ...i didnt even remebered taking...wic i forgot there was going to be any..and nobody had the audacity to rremind me...yeah , with all the independent learning,..it cant be that savage...and i dont know why i was absent on the day i supposed to take the tes.,..which i have zero awareness-off- at least if i had come, i would have sat for it...

BUT the third round , i was late and they bared me off.....these fascis were paid to follow policy...and in part ruin our future or chances. I tell u , that place im studying (RP) is authoritarian, 1 thing i cud nt lay a finger on, they just dont buy it.

i once thought im over with all the rules and regulations , but it keeps haunting me...from the past secondary sch ]]]] Yeah so , all these things are out to downsize me. Fret not, i cant force myself to get straight As fr next semester, not in Computing, etc...If you wanna know ive been trying to balance off with these gpa grades...Makes me so pissed .

At least i have another 2 years where no modules are going to pull me down, and does it hv to depend whether im able to be present at the testing, cos no such th ings, uts are going to be held after class.
As of effect of the gpa, it gives me an excuse to start preparing for my a lvls , to gain entry into uni, i just need another diversion or plan of action, i just like to do both ==even landing on poly wasn intentional...i screwed my o's...so u see the theme or motif, repeats itself ( as we say in literature). if i can get through to both **, i' wud have redeemed myself thru a lvl ++ bonus poly "experience".......hahaaX

East Coast Park Camp Out

On Wednesday ,I went to ECP , and tent on the beach. It was my Helicon ig gathering.
I came around 10 at night. I was uncharacteristically sick* actually .
So as you know , only our Poly is on holiday, which explains why the stretch of Park is deserted. We can almost claim its ours.
I went bowling, just to watch, with 3 other frens, and toyed arnd with the closed arcade machines upstairs. a few ppl has gone home ald (girls mostly).

Khalis- the charismatic, yet idiosyncratic year 3.
Hanis- the quiet unassuming senior Steven-another @ Loud member
Prabhu- the president of @loud mags,STA

The following events happened;
1. Khalis was singing arabic verse.
2.Then the despicable happened, ppl got drunk, one in particular went off limits, even though hes a nice guy.
Took 16 shots of Vodka, was swearing 'fuck' the whole time, break the drinking glass, ran arnd babbling his convictions, seniors have to tranquilize him...(first time seeing sombody that drunk, unintentional)
3.we gather round the reclaimed land, then move to outside the tent. Talking rubbish..Khalis, until we land on their ghost expeditions. *

Being in a Group Organisation

Its time now that i join some groups, be it at poly, like the igs, through talks and events, theres been a few , or residence committee or community club and also from places of worship, as i know many christian friends have their own church groups, mainly concerned with youth like us, and also other clubs outside, that you come across, in magazines,news or when u pass their places, .
There i've provided you with alot of avenues, theres even bigger association, but for now we just settle for the easy ones..... .

The good thing about cca group is that it is consistent and commonly found. But larger organisation though farfetched' but have broader outreach.
So for me, I take up 3 cca's or interest groups and follownng up to ACRES an animal welfare, SYIN social conference. its always good to belong to something. at least you stay committed and be part of something. Those 2 latter ones, are more stepped up because you are rep. for a cause, educating, and raising funds for animal protection ,and on the other side is for raising awareness on social issues, through projects ande stuff.

Ive tried signing up for rc, but didn follow through. because pasport sized photo. And sent the form to the mosque, but didn't receive updates.

They keep oneself busy, but more importantly you can contribute to society. People should try out being an active member of any group that they belong to, so that they will find something meaningful through their contribution and participation.

I dont know how i can run 5km distance for Adventure Racing IG. Its like we keep going on and on. It now make sense to me about running for very long time. Its that ,you have to keep moving on , to keep running , even how badly your body says u to stop (this is the worst kind of feeling when running). But doesnt mean u stretch the limits of your body; the ig seniors say we must tell "anything" that bothers u . So comforting right to hear that.

We staright after warm ups, we ran outside campus grounds ...................Now thats is some kind of adventure ...... Just like the freedom of it. They Ever tour arnd Khatib...somemore don noe where lah...i know i've joined the right ig. when they first talked abt it. (sat in circle at admiralty park beside campus, arnd dusk )

Had no cramps, stitches in the 5km, but dizzy when stopping....i dont know if the rest also feel like that lah ??!?!!? i /partner was always put at the front, (rotating, lngest tm ) Too bad little communications.. Next time can improve lah. But really impt thing is that "journey matters with destination" Shudnt always think when to end. It will end when we reach destination. Like that what becomes of the journey. Skipped? Enjoy the scenery?, at the same time Pacing ourself.

Think of ways to make Journey worthwhile. 'adventure racing' is an art diff fr competitive running, or trekking (at least these are the various types running available ) theres more elements also.

But the problem is i didnt came to the first few practice these 3 mths till June, so paiseh-lah to suddenly turn up 'out of the blue' and 'once in a blue moon' {idioms usage}

Its June and they sent me an email on Their Annual Camp, finding this a great oppurtunity for me to get-to-know the ppl but the game itself :$ ?? hahx. then the usual happened -- i woke up late off course...donnoe the timing...tot at this time..... {lame excuses}

Complaining; "See lah , I missed the chance, wat the **** !!" -actually i didnt said this in reality, just for laugh gags, hahx the dramatic climax, no theres no resolution. except to begin turn up after June.

Touring at night

Went to Substation at night. Yesterday Night . Walking around City Hall Area, or at least where the nearest MRt statio n is. Didn t know that it was connected to this Majestic Building called---The Swissotel.....then which one's the Westin. Somehow confused woth these two hotel ?!

Ok , a day in RP is just like any typical poly, but is "uniqueness and eccentricity" is what makes it different fr the 4BigGiants^ And taking this post, to clear up any misconception on RP poor republic, y they all think abt u like that

1) Introduce Problem-Based Learning, so everyday given a problem relevant to topic sentencce of a particular module, search thru net, and present at the end of the day. sounds interesting ?!
as opposed to lectures and tutorials , +++segregated exams UTtest

2)Not teachers , not Lecturers but Fascilitators, i know of 1 jc who also replace this with that, so everyday , ull hear ppl calling "fasci, fasci" the exact opposite of-- fascist* so theres lesser grip or control on us, wic translates to Liberty and Freedom

3)Off course other layman terms that we substitute are, ald intro some in earlier post, likeGeneralAdmins Office--OneStop Centre (even have their own exp.), CCA-IGs, PerformingArtsTheatre-TheRepublicCulturalCentre, AGORA-a centred meeting place, UnderstandingTests, ReflectionJournals . will sound even more shiok when said in short form- say IG,RJ,UTs,TRCC

4)The Building itself is uniquely designed, says"...dont want to be stand out"-- hence its greyish industrial exterior.

Now on to more serious note,

Vacation time

Its vacation time.

So what do you do--Relax and Have fun.
Not so , Because in order to have fun , you need money. and that means part -time work. But its not all tiring , cos you get practical work experience and the pay off-course. Now2 , i dont like to sound all-business like, but thats true at this stage , (Back to Enterprise Module at Republic Poly) Finally lessons can be applied (more on this)!

For me vacations stays the same , as long as dont belong to any Groups of Organisation --in simpler terms ; CLubs you join outside, IGs in my Poly, or those you form during your younger school days ( my problem is that I cannot follow up with anybody from this category) ..Its just not the way I want things to be (more on this).

Had signed-up to some activities from School ..Im just going to attend it..and see if i could temporary friends. ....so that I can hang out !! Hope that this vacation will be different. Plus I have to do some informal interviews for this article Im working on for the schools Magazine..another thing I can do...Yeah !! Its abt Where People Go Watch NDP (more on this)

Hi all! , Ive been trying to get a blog, Its only now that somebody came to teach me how to make a blog. Ive been hearing people using blogs... but sadly for me,

Ive missed out on it since im a bit non- it savvy and also slow to progress.

How economical that sounds.

But that is true for me sometimes.

Never mind that, at least now I can begin writing on this Blog.
